Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days unless an expedited shipping option is selected.

Shipping Rate
  • A supplementary fee of 10 AED will be applied to all cash-on-delivery orders.
  • .UAE orders include a 25 AED fee.
  • Shipping to all Gulf countries incurs a 100 AED fee.
  • Delivery time remains the same as our standard shipping, typically 3 to 7 business days.

Holidays & Weather Delays

  • Shipping carriers observe national holidays, which may impact delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to holidays or inclement weather, and we encourage customers to plan accordingly.
